The role:

This role will support ELC IT Vendor Management function in processing large volume of tactical contracts in order to reduce the demand backlog and the cycle time to complete.

• This role will act as a Subject Matter Expert for the team supporting team members with daily questions, handling complex issues and identifying areas for improvement or training gaps.
• The role will support Knowledge Management by creating/updating training materials and delivering trainings to the team or customers. It will support IT Services management with the Sourcing sub-team administration/coordination, change management and continuous improvement initiatives with regular communication with technical/functional support teams, other OS teams or COE's.
• This role will be responsible for maintaining and further developing the Sourcing sub-team's performance dashboard in PBI.
• This role will support IT Services management in expanding the service line.
• This role will have regional responsibilities since there will be one team in Kuala Lumpur and one in Budapest with Stakeholders in New York.
• Supporting Vendor Management in the following areas: Reporting, Contract management.
• This role will review and facilitate the execution of contracts for software, hardware and IT services, verify the assigned purchase requests (including the attached documents), align with requestors on missing details and completion of purchase request.
• This role will be responsible for processing large volume of tactical contracts in order to reduce the demand backlog and the cycle time to complete.
• Collaborate with internal customers: Finance, Legal, IT procurement, Senior Management, mostly when reviewing quotes/agreements.
• Finalizing agreements with the vendors and create purchase requisitions.
• Responsible for obtaining ELC IT and cross-departmental approvals for contracts, checking the IT Financial matrix to determine the appropriate approvals, creating contract summary and generating the Cover Sheet for approvals.
• Maintaining records in department's SharePoint site / ServiceNow.

• 2 + years of relevant Sourcing services delivery experience & 2 + years of relevant process improvement experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of specific Sourcing processes.
• Change management and coordination skills to support IT Service's Sourcing team in their regular work and to support new services/processes.
• Excellent time management skills to meet priorities/deadlines/SLA's, ability to handle multiple requests efficiently changing priorities as needed and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Reporting skills (ServiceNow, Pbi).
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to communicate at various levels within the organization and with external parties.
• Demonstrate a strong attention to detail.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Continuous improvement mindset: take the initiative and actively participate in process or system improvements.
• Ability to work well in a diverse team environment, seeking the ideas of others and valuing differing perspectives.
