Join our Product Design team as a Senior Product Designer to support the Stash app and our onboarding experiences.
What you'll do:Â
- Champion a culture of user-centered design and craft.
- Relentlessly raise the design bar ensuring customers have seamless, consistent, and delightful interactions every time they use Stash.
- Ideate and Design complete UX flows that fit into a larger design system.
- Simplify complexity by breaking down tough problems and developing actionable solutions.
- Contribute to positive behavior design thinking, ideas, and solutions to help customers develop healthy financial habits. Â
- Foster collaborative relationships with Engineering and Product.
- Actively contribute to constructive design reviews and deliver quality.

What we're looking for:Â
- Human-centered, customer-obsessed UX designer.
- Great communicator with a high EQ.
- Great collaborator, team player - you understand design is a team sport.
- Relationship-builder that fosters trust and aligns the perspectives of Design and cross-functional partners.
- Ability to balance data with customer insights to inform design decisions.
- Learning mindset with the desire to move fast and learn faster.
- 5+ years of experience in UX Design.
- Experience working with designers, product management, and engineering.
- Proven track record of key contributions to successful products.
- Portfolio required
Gold Stars:Â
- Experience designing complex applications in the fintech, health tech, or ed tech space

Salary Range: $135,300 - $202,950
The base salary range represents the reasonably anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, experience and competencies, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data for companies of our size and industry.
