We are dedicated to revolutionizing the financial experience for individuals and SMEs around the globe. Our mission is to deliver seamless, innovative, and best-in-class services that offer unparalleled customer experiences. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and experienced Product Manager / Senior Product Manager to join our team and enhance the customer experience across our core products: the Instarem B2C and SME Platform.

Role Overview:

In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping and improving the customer experience across our product portfolio. Your responsibilities will include crafting and executing strategies to enhance user satisfaction, Net Promoter Scores (NPS), external ratings, and reduce user contacts while driving overall product excellence. This position demands a deep understanding of customer needs, a data-driven approach, and effective collaboration with global teams.

At Instarem, product development is a highly collaborative process involving engineering, design, analytics, and customer-facing teams. You will join a group of exceptional Product Managers with a proven track record of building and scaling business and consumer products that impact millions of users worldwide.

What You Will Do:

  • Product Strategy and Vision:

  • Lead the end-to-end product strategy and execution for enhancing the customer experience across Instarem’s core products, including the Instarem B2C platform (web and app) and SME Platform.
  • Develop and communicate the product vision, business case, and roadmap in alignment with Instarem’s strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions to ensure cohesive execution and alignment with global business goals.

  • Customer and Market Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive user research, gather Voice of Customer (VOC) insights, and work closely with operational teams to identify and address customer pain points.
  • Perform market research to identify potential feature improvements and innovations that will differentiate Instarem’s products in the market.
  • Build and present compelling business cases for new features or products based on customer feedback and market analysis.

  • Product Improvement and Coordination:

  • Regularly coordinate with other Product Managers to address pain points in newly launched or upcoming products, ensuring timely resolution and continuous improvement.
  • Identify product enhancements to improve operational efficiency for customer service teams and drive productivity gains.

  • Roadmap and Execution:

  • Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prototyping plan, and product specifications with clear prioritization.
  • Demonstrate excellent product judgment and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners and executives to drive product initiatives forward.

  • Collaboration and Support:

  • Work closely with global product and engineering teams to ensure that platform architecture, documentation, and developer tools support an exceptional user experience.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, leveraging insights from various teams to drive product excellence and customer satisfaction.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager, with a focus on improving customer experience for digital products.
  • Demonstrated experience managing and delivering complex product initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

  • Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in market research, user experience design, and product strategy development.
  • Ability to balance big-picture thinking with detailed execution, adept at building incremental features and prototypes as well as scalable solutions for demanding enterprise clients.

  • Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree or MBA is a plus.
  • Experience in fintech or related industries is highly desirable.
