Shape the Future with Product Strategy:

• Develop and communicate a comprehensive product strategy that aligns seamlessly with overall business objectives.
• Craft and manage a dynamic product roadmap, ensuring each stage is a milestone towards excellence, completed as planned and within deadlines.

Ignite Innovation through Market Research and Idea Generation:

• Dive deep into market research to inform data-driven product backlog and feature decisions.
• Fuel innovation by generating and refining product ideas through cross-functional collaboration and a keen analysis of market trends.

Design the Future:

• Oversee the evolution of product design elements, fueled by customer feedback, competitive analysis, and a commitment to constant improvement.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions during the idea generation phase, shaping designs that captivate and inspire.

Foster Collaboration and Coordination:

• Act as a linchpin for collaboration among diverse departments, championing agile practices that drive excellence.
• Skillfully coordinate between teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment with strategic initiatives.

Build Lasting Relationships:

• Cultivate meaningful relationships with key partners and customers, especially in cases of extensive software usage.
• Adapt product features to meet partner needs, establishing enduring partnerships that drive success.

Engage Stakeholders with Effective Communication:

• Keep major stakeholders, including C-level executives and the board of directors, in the loop at every stage of the product lifecycle.
• Provide timely reports and updates on product strategy, feature lists, testing, and post-launch reviews.

Lead the Charge in Product Launch:

• Develop and execute a streamlined product launch strategy and roadmap, setting the stage for success.
• Assign responsibilities to involved departments, ensuring a flawless execution and adherence to launch timelines.

What You’ll Need to be Successful

• Remote Opportunity: Ability to work 100% remotely 
• Must Have:  
• Demonstrated understanding of modern product discovery and delivery methods.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role in a SaaS company.
• Ability to learn and understand multiple functional areas of business.
• Experience in building marketing, data and/or analytics products.
• Technical know-how for data, analytics and related areas.
• Proven ability to solve complex problems with sound judgment and data-informed decision-making.
• Strong influencing skills with engineers, designers, sales and company leaders.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills and the ability to lead customer conversations.
• Desired Skills:
• Background in Martech or experience with retailer brands.
• Familiarity with different listings networks such as Google, Apple, Facebook, etc..
• Research and analytical skills.
• Strategic thinking, delegation, and task management skills.
• Education:  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
