Senior Product Manager

We are on the hunt for a visionary Senior Product Manager to spearhead the development and launch of a brand-new business line. This is a rare chance to lead a 0 to 1 initiative, crafting from the ground up a product that will shape the future of hospitality technology. In this pivotal role, you will navigate uncharted territories, identifying emerging opportunities, and transforming them into tangible, magical solutions that resonate with our clients and their guests.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product solutions across various hospitality technology segments.
• Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other teams to bring products to market and develop and grow business opportunities.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products, ensuring our solutions meet the highest standards of quality and user experience.
• Understand Canary Technologies' strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.
• Make product decisions based on detailed analysis and a deep understanding of the market, user needs, and hospitality technology trends.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, encouraging the team to think big and take calculated risks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products.
• Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret complex data to drive informed product decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
