Job Description

At Daxko we’re on a mission to power health fitness and wellness communities worldwide. As our first dedicated Senior Product Manager for AI you’ll lead the charge in shaping how artificial intelligence transforms the way YMCAs JCCs Boys & Girls Clubs fitness centers and boutique studios serve their members.

This is a rare opportunity to define the vision strategy and execution of AI capabilities that will impact millions of people. You’ll work side by side with engineering and product leaders across our portfolio building scalable AI features that drive smarter operations better member experiences and stronger business outcomes.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end vision strategy and roadmap for Daxko’s AI platform.

• Partner with engineering teams to design and deliver scalable AI capabilities that work across multiple products.

• Identify high-value AI use cases with product managers and turn them into customer-focused solutions.

• Define architecture principles and standards to ensure our AI solutions are reliable and future-proof.

• Measure adoption performance and business outcomes to maximize the impact of AI investments.

• Stay ahead of AI and ML industry trends bringing fresh insights back to the organization.

• Champion AI across the company — from launch planning to internal evangelism.

Qualifications

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• Proven AI/ML product management experience with a track record of delivering real business impact.

• Strong technical acumen — comfortable working directly with engineers on complex AI/ML challenges.

• Strategic yet hands-on able to balance big-picture vision with day-to-day execution.

• Skilled at cross-functional leadership and bringing diverse teams together.

• Passion for translating AI capabilities into customer value and measurable outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science Engineering Business or related field; or equivalent experience

• 6+ years in B2B Product Management (2+ years with AI/ML platforms or technical products).

• Experience delivering AI/ML technologies APIs or cross-product platforms.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Preferred Qualifications:

• SaaS or multi-product portfolio experience.

• Industry experience in health fitness or wellness.

• Certifications in AI/ML data science or related fields.

• Hands-on experience with AWS Azure or Google Cloud AI services.

• Success scaling AI/ML solutions in high-growth environments.

Additional Information

The pay range for this role is $150000 - $190000 per year. Where you fall within the compensation range is based on how you demonstrate the attributes and competencies required for the role. We mostly reserve the upper half of our compensation bands for internal growth. In addition to base salary this role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus and we offer a comprehensive benefits package performance-based incentives and opportunities for growth.
