Senior Product Manager - Control

Key Responsibilities and Activities:

• Build and own the near-term product road map (and strategy) as well as the long-term product vision
• Work with Product Marketing to perform competitive and market analysis and be an expert in all the players in our highly competitive industry
• Own the delivery and release process and life cycle from discovery through testing, release, and maintenance
• Ensure the Control roadmap is appropriately translated to user stories, epics, wire frames, acceptance criteria by the Control product team
• Engage deeply and frequently with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders so you can act as the most empathetic, most knowledgeable advocate for our customers
• Work with the sales engineering team to ensure your products are demonstrated to best illustrate their value
• Ensure the control product team is reviewing and responding to customer feature requests in a timely manner and translate insights gleaned from those requests into valuable product & business recommendations
• Lead cross-functional teams to leverage critical data & insights to drive go-to-market recommendations
• Creates and maintains strategic relationships with company leaders and business partners to develop plans and delivery on the strategy
• Partner with engineering leaders to ensure an efficient and frequent delivery of value to Control customers
• Present quarterly updates on the Control business to senior Onapsis leadership

Required Skills:

• 5+ years experience being responsible for a product and managing structured development processes and product development research
• A proven track record of leading projects involving cross-functional teams that successfully achieve stated milestones and complete deliverables
• Has data-driven yet common sense approach to execution
• Able to work and think independently, meet tight deadlines, mobilize resources and determine key stakeholders quickly
• Ability to connect and inspire others

Desired Skills

• Experience with SDLC and associated technologies
• Experience with code analysis technologies
• Have experience with SAP ERP projects
• Experience in working with security research labs

Location:  This role is open to remote locations on the East Coast of the US ONLY due to EMEA time zone overlap concerns.  Sorry, but no exceptions.
