Senior Product Manager, Data & AI

About the Role:

Constellation is seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager, Data & AI to help shape the future of our data platform through meticulous planning, agile innovation, and dynamic iteration.  Your mission is to synthesize the visions of our technology and product leaders, transforming diverse initiatives into a unified roadmap that propels Constellation towards its goals.

Our data services are a cornerstone, merging business acumen with contextual insights to unearth AI-powered revelations. In a landscape where data often remains untapped and isolated, Constellation emerges as a beacon, fusing your proprietary data with contextual layers—ranging from AI social intelligence to competitive landscapes and beyond. Our AI frameworks are the bedrock of strategic decision-making, empowering brands with intelligence to navigate media, content, reputation, and operational strategies.

We deliver our data offering through strategic partnerships, dynamic data visualization solutions, and even Large Language Models. Using Constellation’s technology you can ensure your data is accessible, easy to understand, and actionable. 

This role will require a qualified individual to work onsite three (3) days per week out of our New York City office.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with C-level executives and department heads to forge and refine our data product offerings
• Design a product roadmap that balances immediate solutions with the seeds of future breakthroughs
• Engage with key stakeholders and our elite clientele to distill requirements into transformative product features
• Translate complex product needs into actionable development plans, ensuring seamless execution
• Drive our agile processes, from sprint planning to daily scrums, fostering an environment of rapid innovation and meticulous product development
• Champion detailed documentation and cross-team collaboration to ensure flawless product execution

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in data product management and artificial intelligence (AI) (GenAI is a plus)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
• Strong understanding of data management, AI technologies, and analytics tools
• Experience productizing AI and data management technologies, with a special flair for data visualization and Large Language Models
• Demonstrated capability in developing and implementing efficient workflows, processes, and best practices for both data management and product development
• Experience in organizing teams around processes to enhance productivity and innovation
• Expertise in agile development methodologies, guiding teams through rapid prototyping, iterative development, and successful product launches
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment while effectively managing multiple priorities
• Keen eye for detail, proactive problem-solving approach, and excellent time management skills

Compensation Package:

The total compensation package is made up of base compensation, equity, and benefits

New York Pay Range: $170,000 - $225,000
