As a Senior Product Manager for our Edge platform, you will define the strategy and roadmap for platform features at the Edge layer. We are focused on optimizing and speeding up website performance for our customers. Our Edge layer already offers a Global CDN, and there are exciting possibilities to be unlocked in terms of moving more functionality to the Edge beyond caching and content delivery to serve the varied needs of our customers. 

You will partner with customers, prospects, and customer-facing teams to understand the challenges WebOps teams have in optimizing the performance and availability of their websites hosted on the Pantheon platform. You will use the insights gained from these partnerships to define the long term vision for the Edge feature set with an iterative approach to testing and delivering on that vision. 

• Help make Edge a seamless and highly performative feature on our first-class platform 
• Listen to your customers, prospects, professional services, support, and sales teams tell their story, and advocate for them in what you build
• Own the life cycle for the Edge space: product research, market research, competitive analysis, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, iterative product development, and product launch
• Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototyping, technical design, and iterative product development with design and engineering
• Partner with your engineering manager and team to prioritize work, refine the backlog, define requirements and acceptance criteria
• Closely collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, support, and sales teams to ensure impactful product launches and successful long-term adoption
• Define, track, and analyze success metrics
• Work in an agile environment with defined sprints

• Broad experience creating and supporting a long-term vision while delivering iteratively to validate your vision
• Prior experience with CDN/Edge technologies
• Demonstrated ability to use qualitative and quantitative data sources to inform decision-making
• Skills in collaborating with other teams to build consensus and alignment across the organization 
• Deep knowledge in organizing and prioritizing competing time demands
• Excellent ability to convey vision, roadmap, and requirements at all levels of the organization
• Resourcefulness with a strong sense of accountability

• Specific experience working on Edge technologies such as CDN/Content Caching, Dynamic Site Acceleration (DSA), Edge Networking, and/or Edge Compute
• Prior experience working on a WebOps team or building developer tools
