Role overview

As a Senior Product Manager for Logistics, you will own the logistics roadmap, and execution. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, engineering, design and data science, to develop new processes and solutions that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure excellent delivery experiences.

The role requires a strong analytical sense, the ability to create and optimize processes, and the skills to influence stakeholders across departments.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of logistics and has worked in high-growth environments where agility and rapid iteration are key. You will need to balance customer needs with business goals while being comfortable using advanced technologies such as AI and machine learning to optimize our logistics processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy for logistics, focusing on scaling and optimizing operations.
• Leverage data and analytics to solve logistical challenges and enhance delivery efficiency.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in engineering, operations, design and data science to develop and launch new features.
• Lead initiatives to improve delivery times and reduce costs without compromising service quality.
• Communicate and influence across teams to ensure alignment and timely execution of product strategies.

Ideal Candidate

• At least 5 years of experience directly owning product initiatives and making data-driven decisions
• Based in KSA, UAE, or Bahrain
• Fluency in both English and Arabic
• Strong background in logistics with the ability to design and improve processes
• Proven ability to make data-driven decisions and work with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience influencing at all levels
• A passion for innovation and familiarity with emerging technologies, such as AI, ML, or computer vision, is a plus.
