Senior Product Manager - Mobile Experience

Procore is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead our Design Systems for Mobile Applications product team. In this role, you will empower teams across Procore to effectively utilize libraries and design system concepts across our suite of mobile products. As we enhance our design systems capabilities, our codebase and technology stack have become increasingly complex. We need a seasoned PM to simplify these structures and redefine our architecture in a way that is both intuitive and scalable. Key Responsibilities:

• Vision and Strategy Development: Engage with product teams across Procore to identify and synthesize high-impact design systems initiatives, creating a cohesive vision and strategy for mobile application development.
• Engineering Collaboration: Work closely with our engineering team to deeply understand the current state of our mobile design systems' codebase, pinpoint areas for improvement, and define actionable requirements for enhancement.
• User Feedback Integration: Collaborate with other Product Managers, UX Research, and Data Science teams to gather insights into user feedback surrounding the complexity of our mobile design systems.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the full product lifecycle for mobile design systems, ensuring that updates and launches are performed seamlessly while focusing on user experience and technical precision.
• Cross-functional communication: Drive alignment with senior stakeholders, clearly articulating product visions, strategies, and complexities within the design systems landscape for mobile applications.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Product Manager in a relevant field.
• Proven experience working on APIs, platform products, or projects involving complex technical systems, with a focus on mobile applications and design systems.
• Demonstrated success in launching intricate, user-facing mobile products that leverage design systems effectively.
• Strong attention to detail in both user experience and technical aspects of design implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a software engineer, providing insight into technical complexities.
• Understanding of design systems and their role in mobile application development.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high user and product quality standards.
