Purpose

We are seeking a product leader to help bring to life our vision of having a multi-product financial services platform. This is a key leadership role to develop and launch pioneering products that redefine market standards and exceed customer expectations with cutting edge solutions.  The ideal candidate is a visionary product development leader who has a founder mindset and can conceptualize design and bring new products to market. We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating transformative solutions adept at assessing product-market fit able to translate market insights into actionable product strategies and capable of leading cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with executive leadership engineering design teams and others to define the product strategy and roadmap

• Conduct market research competitive analysis and customer feedback to assess and identify opportunities for new product development

• Lead the product development process from ideation to commercialization ensuring alignment with company vision business goals and market needs.

• Develop and manage project timelines budgets and resource allocation to drive timely delivery of high-quality products

• Drive product innovation through prototyping testing and iteration focusing on user experience and product performance

• Establish metrics and KPIs to measure product success and iterate based on insights and data-driven decisions

Position Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant product development experience with most of that experience in a startup environment

• Founder/startup mentality:  Comfortable working in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment to get things done with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement

• Proven track record of successfully launching innovative products from concept to market within a fast-paced environment

• Excellent leadership and communication skills (with fluency in both English and Spanish) capable of influencing stakeholders and building consensus across teams

• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and UX/UI best practices

• Demonstrated experience using analytical insight to drive value and change in a market or industry

• Deep understanding of market dynamics customer needs and emerging technologies

• MBA or bachelor's degree in business engineering computer science or related field or equivalent work experience is an advantage
