About your role:

We seek a Senior Product Manager to join our product team to lead the Giving Partner Studio solution. Giving Partners are the non-profits and places of worship that champion various causes our donors connect, engage, and do more good. Partner Studio is a web-based application that supports non-profits and places of worship to onboard onto the Givelify platform and enables campaign management, donor insights, analytics, insights, and reporting.  

You will be challenged to envision and execute an experience of enabling our giving partners (places of worship, non-profits) to connect with their donors, help increase the number of donors who contribute consistently by building donor engagement & campaign management capabilities, deliver analytics, AI-driven insights, scorecards, personalized recommendations to make Givelify a premier platform for giving. 

Your team:

Partner Studio is integral to realizing the vision to instantly connect people to causes that matter most to them. As a product manager leading the Partner Studio team working with a cross-functional team of designers, engineers, customer success managers, etc.  

The Sr. Product Manager will get to:

  • Own the Partner Studio roadmap. This means getting input from a variety of stakeholders and understanding customer needs, prioritizing the work, and making sure that you are working on the most impactful things
  • Understand and improve the customer journey from first-time user experience, activation, retention, and referral  
  • Deliver high-value solutions to the market by understanding the needs of our users and potential users, as well as the business needs, by regularly interacting with customers and diving into analytics data. to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for your product area
  • Lead the end-to-end product development process of major features and iterations, including creating high-quality PRDs, working closely with engineering, design, etc. to bring world-class products to market  

To be successful in this role, you’ll also:

  • Manage multiple streams of product development along with product owners that can span across feature strategy, growth strategy & new segment expansion strategy 
  • Create an experimentation framework and manage a backlog to rapidly test user experiences and optimizations to deliver improved visitor-to-donor conversion 
  • Monitor and measure through quantitative and qualitative means feed insights back into the product development process from testing early prototypes to full release
  • Collaborate with product marketing on GTM to ensure successful launches and adoption of new features or improvements
  • Manage & mentor product owners/junior product managers working in an agile development and design thinking process. Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary team to do their best work 

Your experience: 

  • 5+ years of product management experience in developing innovative and successful mobile or web applications  
  • Managing other product managers and direct experience in managing a multidisciplinary team for mobile apps is a plus 
  • Passionate about metrics and data, creating funnels, retention charts, and dashboards to track & improve on KPIs and cultivate a culture of data-informed decision making 
  • Strong understanding of what makes great experiences, as it is essential that you can facilitate or make product design decisions and challenge the team to build simple yet delightful experiences. 
  • Learning mindset, curious, bold, self-aware, and humble to understand the donor segments, faith, and non-faith organizations 
  • You are user obsessed, and you encourage your team to develop a deep understanding of how your users think and behave—and you create the right processes to make user research a daily ritual
  • Strong communicator. You understand what level and form of communication to use to keep not only your team in alignment but your stakeholders too
  • Previous experience in building marketplace products or tech products/solutions serving non-profits and faith-based customer segments is a plus
