Introduction:

As our Senior Product Manager, you are entrusted with the pivotal responsibility of shaping Verifiable’s ‘Verifications & Monitoring’ product line. Collaborating closely with a diverse group of stakeholders and reporting directly to the VP of Product, your role is to ensure that our Verification and Monitoring products have good market fit and have the required capabilities to win in the market. In the fast-paced, ever-evolving environment of a Series B startup, your agility, proactiveness, and independence are indispensable.

Preferred candidates have experience with data platforms, enterprise integrations, and Salesforce domain knowledge, aligning with our product focus. Experience in healthcare technology is a significant plus. You should be data-driven, customer-centric, and adept at juggling long-term visions with short-term tactics. A robust entrepreneurial zeal and enthusiasm for this sector are a must.

Responsibilities

• Define and evangelize the product vision aligned with the company's strategic goals and mission in the healthcare provider management domain.
• Identify opportunities and gaps in the market to establish a winning product strategy.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success.
• Engage with key customers, users, and partners to gather feedback and understand their evolving needs.
• Develop and manage a prioritized product roadmap based on business requirements, market research, and feedback.
• Ensure products and features are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Oversee the complete product lifecycle from ideation to sunset, ensuring a seamless experience for users.
• Analyze product performance using data-driven tools, ensuring KPIs are met and iterating based on findings.
• Identify potential product risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Ensure that products comply with industry regulations, standards, and best practices in the health tech domain.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, emerging technologies, and regulations in the health tech industry.
• Foster an environment of continuous learning and innovation within the product team.

About You

• Minimum of 5 years of product management experience.
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end product lifecycles and launching successful products.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in data analytics and tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• User-centric mindset with a strong focus on customer experience.
• Agile, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working in a startup environment, with the ability to wear multiple hats and handle diverse responsibilities.
• Clear and concise communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas effectively to various stakeholders.
