Senior Product Manager/Product Owner

We are looking for Product Managers, who are natural problem-solvers and intensive thinkers!

Key responsibilities:

• Understand product ideas and vision from top management and transform them into product strategy, goals, and a roadmap
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to provide variants of product development and define the right direction
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and business goals
• Define product success metrics and clarify the requirements with our execution team, collaborate with design and development teams
• Lead the end-to-end product development process from concept to launch and support, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery, including product testing and acceptance
• Manage the preliminary and final requirements, while ensuring timely approval by top management
• Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to optimize product features and drive continuous improvement
• Ensure successful features’ rollout by collaborating with our teams, running tests, and measuring the features’ success
• Stay informed about emerging market trends in the B2B & B2C media landscape, including the integration of new technologies like AI and machine learning to personalize content delivery and user experience
• Track product performance and establish proper reporting on it to stakeholders and top management

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of proven record as a Product Manager
• Deep knowledge of the product lifecycle management
• Proven record of successful delivery and management of B2B and B2C Digital Products
• Ability to communicate with C-level and gather high and low-level requirements from top management
• Ability to assimilate customer requirements, design appropriate solutions, and translate requirements into detailed product specifications
• Ability to manage changes and keep clear product documentation
• Handling a heavy workload by setting priorities
• Data-driven approach to decision-making with experience in product and market  analytics
• Have a passion for detailed feature design and problem-solving
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in harmony in a cross-functional team
• Entrepreneurial experience is a plus
• Fluency in English. Ukrainian or Russian is a must
