The Senior Product Marketing Manager at DISCO is responsible for driving the success of our product marketing efforts. They play a crucial role in shaping the go-to-market strategy for our products. They collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create compelling marketing campaigns, drive product awareness, and support the sales team to achieve revenue targets.

What You'll Do

• Product Messaging and Positioning: Develops and refines clear and impactful messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and effectively communicates the value of our products. 
• Go-to-Market Strategy: Leads the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates, ensuring alignment with product management, sales, and marketing teams. 
• Marketing Campaigns: Oversees the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that drive product awareness, demand generation, and customer engagement across various channels. 
• Sales Enablement: Collaborates with the sales team to create sales enablement tools, sales collateral, and training materials to equip them with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively sell our products.
• Market Analysis and Customer Insights: Conducts market research, competitive analysis, and customer research to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.

Who You Are

● 8+ years of experience in product marketing, with a focus on B2B or technology products.

● Experience successfully leading product marketing initiatives and driving product launches.

● In-depth knowledge of product marketing principles, including market segmentation, positioning, and messaging.

● Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable go-to-market plans.

● Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
