About the team
As a Product Marketing Manager, Platform (PMM) at TikTok, you will play a pivotal role in driving product insights, testing, and activation to TikTok Ads Manager solutions. By crafting compelling messaging, positioning, and collateral, you'll help transform features and functionality into valuable solutions for our users and clients. Your customer insights and leadership will be instrumental in shaping successful outcomes for both our company and our customers.
Responsibilities:
1. Go-To-Market: Define the value proposition, positioning, and messaging targeted at our audience, and shape go-to-market strategies for ad products.
2. Goal Setting and Collaboration: Establish clear goals and success metrics in collaboration with key stakeholders. Drive product adoption and growth globally through various tactics such as sales enablement, automated notifications, content production, webinars, and client workshops.
3. Market Strategy Expertise: Act as a market strategy expert, working closely with the sales team to deeply understand target markets. Identify opportunities for vertical-based recommendations and help scale these insights across the sales team.
4. Innovation and Testing: Design and lead alpha/beta testing initiatives with well-defined criteria to capture early-stage insights for product innovation and refinement. Ensure products are primed for scalability.
5. Market Insights: Lead both quantitative and qualitative inbound initiatives, including customer persona understanding, opportunity sizing, customer feedback analysis, and competitor intelligence. Use these insights to shape the product strategy, vision, and roadmap comprehensively.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, consulting, or related industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative thinking and a passion for innovation.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $128000 - $290160 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
