Job Description

Senior Program Manager

Location: Based in Whippany, NJ (must work from the office twice a week on a prescribed team schedule)

1. VP level (Senior candidate in Barclays term having more than 12 years of experience)
2. MUST: Based in Whippany, NJ (must work from the office twice a week on a prescribed team schedule)
3. MUST: Prior experience in financial services industry required; knowledge of Capital Planning, Stress testing and/or Basel III framework preferred 
4. Good Project management experience 
5. Ability to interface to multiple stakeholders and navigate complex global delivery team 
6. Experience working in Agile delivery methodologies . At Barclays we are using Scaled Agile.
7. Good attention to detail. Strong communication skills. Good attitude to learning and adopting style to work with the team
8. Works well in a matrix management environment
