Position Overview: We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead high-impact programs for a client in the banking sector. The ideal candidate is a seasoned leader with expertise in change management, executive consulting, and cloud architecture, capable of navigating complex challenges in a fast-paced environment. We seek out high-performing employees who continuously improve their skills, and who can grow and advance as part of our team. This position is remote, within Eastern Time Zone hours. Preferred location is within driving distance of Media, PA for occasional on-site events and business meetings. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end program execution, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and business outcomes. • Partner with executive stakeholders to shape technology and transformation roadmaps. • Drive change management initiatives, guiding stakeholders through organizational and process transformations. • Translate technical cloud architecture strategies into business impact for senior leaders and client executives. • Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and manage competing priorities in a high-pressure environment. • Foster strong relationships with demanding clients by consistently delivering results and maintaining transparency. Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in program management or related leadership roles. • Strong background in enterprise change management within financial services or similarly regulated industries. • Demonstrated experience in executive consulting and stakeholder management at the C-suite level. • Solid understanding of cloud architecture and modern technology platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Proven ability to deliver results in high-pressure, goal-driven environments. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Preferred: • Prior experience working within the banking or financial services industry. • Certifications such as PMP, Prosci (Change Management), or cloud platform certifications.
