Location:Hybrid (4 days per week, Chicago, IL), Remote will be considered on a case by case basis

This role will deliver high-impact programs by driving collaboration across product, engineering, design, and business teams, while embedding Agile practices to enhance delivery performance. What You Will Be Accountable For
• Deliver programs within defined scope, quality, time, and budget while balancing risk and business impact.
• Lead program-level strategic planning, executive-level interactions, issue resolution, and team-building efforts.
• Partner with Product Owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure business alignment for digital healthcare initiatives.
• Facilitate and coach teams in Agile ceremonies (Scrum, PI planning, retrospectives) while embedding Agile best practices across the organization.
• Manage requirements definition, scope, scheduling, budget, and dependencies across multiple technical and business teams.
• Track and report program metrics, financials, and status updates to leadership on a weekly and monthly basis.
• Identify and resolve risks, issues, and impediments, escalating as needed.
• Ensure consistency of communication, reporting, and delivery across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration and facilitate team performance to deliver against a high-volume roadmap.
What Qualifications You Need
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related technical field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
• PMP or PMI certification required.
• 10+ years of program management experience leading large-scale, multi-platform projects.
• Strong Agile expertise as a Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Agile Coach, with knowledge of frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and SAFe.
• Experience with software development lifecycle management and tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with competing priorities.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to engage senior leaders and business owners.
• Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and decision-making skills with sound judgment under tight deadlines.
• Proactive, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent leader with the ability to foster team engagement and deliver in a dynamic environment.
• Preferred: CSM, PSM, or SAFe Agilist certifications; prior product management or software development experience; healthcare industry background; experience within highly regulated environments.Why Join Right Now?
