SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER

This role will provide mentorship and supervision over junior project management staff related to specific project duties. Manage the execution of assigned portfolio of capital projects from conceptual to close out. Responsibilities include but not limited to meeting with key stakeholders, hospital personnel, administrators, outside consultants, vendors, and contracts. Project responsibilities also include oversight and report of budget, schedule and quality control of projects. Maintain record documents for projects. Management, oversight, and administration of a portfolio of capital design and construction projects including program development, feasibility analysis, cost estimating and project budget development, design management, procurement and bidding, construction management and project closeout. Ensures design supports a healing environment for our patients, staff, and visitor's needs. Projects maybe located at any Montefiore Einstein site including MMC, CHAM, Weiler (Einstein), Hutch, WSQ, Wakefield, MNR, Shaffer, MNV, AECOM, MMG off sites and FGP off sites.

Required:

10+ Years' experience

Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related field

MS Office and MS Project experience

Ebuilder and AutoCAD experience, preferred but not required.
