About the Role Â
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Digital Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in Veeva Vault and Veeva CRM, managing complex workflows, possess excellent attention to detail and process monitoring skills, experience authoring and updating Functional Requirement Documentation, the ability to monitor and respond promptly to Veeva Vault workflow notifications, actively engage in learning our proprietary technology and platforms developed to support it, be available during East Coast business hours, and have strong oral and written communication skills.
What You’ll Do Â
- Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, development, data strategy, and account management to ensure project success.
- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation schedules.
- Identify potential risks and issues and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Ensure that all stakeholders are kept informed of project progress, status, and any changes.
- Monitor project performance against baselines and report on project outcomes.
- Author and update Functional Requirement Documentation.
- Monitor and respond promptly to Veeva Vault workflow notifications.
- Actively engage in learning our proprietary technology and platforms developed to support it.
- Become deeply engrained with the technology within 1-6 months and knowledgeably walk internal or external stakeholders through functionality and features within 6-9 months.
- Learn to troubleshoot client questions/issues, direct to the proper internal contact if needed, and ensure that the issue is fully addressed promptly.
- Proactively become immersed in product content.
- Be positive, enthusiastic, and responsive.
What You’ll Need Â
- 5+ years of experience as a Digital Project Manager.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Â
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex digital projects on time and within budget.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment is preferred.
- This role is fully remote, and you must be available during East Coast business hours.Â

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. $70,000—$140,000 USD
