About the Role
We are seeking an experiencedSenior Project Manager (Interiors)with 7+ years in the corporate/tenant improvement space to lead complex interior projects and deliver exceptional results. This is a high‐visibility role within a design firm known for thoughtful, high-quality interior architecture and commercial interiors work.
What You’ll Do (as Senior Project Manager):
• Lead interior projects from initial scope through construction and closeout
• Serve as the primary liaison with clients, contractors, and consultants
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and deliverables to ensure success
• Oversee the production of construction documents and shop drawings
• Coordinate interior finishes, FF&E, and architectural integration
• Mentor and lead junior team members and contribute to process improvements
What We’re Looking For (Senior Project Manager):
• 7+ years of experience in interior architecture, tenant improvements, or corporate interiors
• Demonstrated experience leading interior projects of varying scale and complexity
• Proficiency in Revit (required)
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Skilled at problem-solving, client relationship management, and multi-tasking
• A portfolio that shows thoughtful, well-resolved interior work
