Job Description

We have an immediate need for a full-time, client-facing Senior Project Manager. This role is ideal for a highly proficient project leader who will:

• Lead client-facing engagements.
• Provide project management oversight to all phases of client projects, including business analysis, architecture, project estimation, software development, quality assurance, and deployment.
• Work closely with the Client Engagement Manager and Solution Architect to manage the project budget, scope, and timeline.
• Lead and facilitate client and internal meetings, including standups, weekly status, and project reviews.
• Review, evaluate and forecast resources and costs, then take appropriate action.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement throughout the Project Management Center of Excellence.
• Set the bar high in clear and productive communication with colleagues and clients.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Quickly become familiar with client business challenges and technologies to understand the project landscape.
• Become a trusted advisor by providing continuous, exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• Prior consulting experience implementing technology solutions for end-clients is required
• Extensive experience leading client-facing cross-functional projects.
• Excellent communication skills; able to communicate internally and externally to all levels of seniority.
• Previous experience working as a business or requirements analyst in a consulting environment.
• Practical, real-world experience in Agile methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SDLC.
• A team player who motivates the project team, drives project success, and influences teams without direct reporting responsibilities.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to ask questions or perform research to develop a deep understanding of a client’s business problem and proposed solution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Business Analysis experience.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps and/or JIRA.
• Experience deploying software solutions.

Additional Information

Est. Salary Range (Colorado Only): $115,000-$130,000*
