JOB SUMMARY:
The Senior level Project Manager is responsible for leading a team of project managers, overseeing the execution of large-scale projects, and ensuring they align with organizational goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can manage resources effectively and drive projects to successful completion.
You will be the main point of contact for the flawless delivery of projects within budget and must be a highly collaborative team member.

Location:
Candidates must be located in Illinois, Texas, Colorado, or Michigan. For individuals based in our Michigan and Illinois locations, this will be a hybrid role, requiring both in-office and remote work. For candidates in Texas and Colorado, this position will be fully remote.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and mentor project management teams.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale integrated projects.
• Ensure projects align with organizational goals and client expectations.
• Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Develop and implement project management best practices.
• Communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Foster a collaborative environment across teams.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Evaluate project performance.
• Design and implement process improvements.
• Manage client relationships and expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for project execution.
• Develop training programs for project managers.
• Monitor and report on project progress and outcomes.
• Facilitate project kick-off and closure meetings

The hiring range for this discipline within our industry is $60,000.00 to $95,00.00. Where an employee is paid within this range will depend on multiple factors including, but not limited to location, years of experience, education, internal pay structure, and other contributing factors.
