As Senior Project Manager - Implementation at realworld one, you are the key to driving transformational change and maximizing value creation for our customers through our XR solutions. By combining detailed planning with a commitment to excellence, you'll enable seamless adoption and surpass customer expectations in every XR rollout, a critical step in the customer journey. Serving as both a strategic advisor and operational partner, you'll work closely with customer teams to understand their unique needs, developing and executing tailored implementation strategies that guarantee impactful, sustainable transformation and value generation. 

Responsibilities

• Lead the project implementation and onboarding process with a commitment to putting our customers at the heart of all actions, guiding each phase to align with project goals, meet timelines, and deliver an outstanding experience that drives meaningful change and value. 
• Partner with customer stakeholders to assess and optimize infrastructure – network, hardware, and other prerequisites – to ensure readiness for a smooth and successful XR deployment. 
• Conduct comprehensive training, both remotely and onsite, empowering customer teams with the knowledge and skills to utilize our XR solutions autonomously, establishing a foundation for long-term success and sustainable value generation. 
• Track and evaluate solution performance by closely monitoring usage, gathering customer feedback, and continually identifying improvements to reinforce operational efficiency and deployment effectiveness. 
• Contribute to the strategic refinement of our implementation service by developing best practices, creating adaptable frameworks, and advancing delivery methods. With a focus on continuous improvement, you will amplify the effectiveness of each deployment and help shape the future of this mission-critical service. 

Qualifications

• Advanced degree, preferably an MBA or a master's degree in a relevant field. 
• 4+ years of post-graduate work experience, with a proven track record of professional achievement and impact. 
• Experience working in the consulting industry, preferably at a tier-one consulting firm.
• Exceptional project management and customer interaction skills, with a proven ability to oversee projects and drive them to successful completion 
• Highly self-motivated, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and a customer-first mindset. 
• Expertise in the Life Sciences sector, with a strong emphasis on Pharmaceuticals or Life Sciences Instruments/Tools; experience in operations or service operations is a significant advantage.
