The Role

As an Implementation Specialist, your main mission is to partner with clients to onboard new or expanded products and services and ensure customer satisfaction.  You will manage complex client implementations by creating and managing an implementation plan and providing the guidance to successfully onboard a new customer to CheckAlt.

What You’ll Do:

  • Guide customers through requirements gathering, technical system setup and training.
  • Deliver virtual demos and training presentations to clients on product features and functionality.
  • Ensure proactive client engagement to communicate updates on timelines and deliverables.
  • Establish a level of trust with clients that leads to increased retention and satisfaction.
  • Serve as a point of escalation to proactively resolve client issues that arise.
  • Advocate for customer needs through internal partnerships with other departments

Talents you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in implementations, project management or client experience. Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities: Adept at clearly conveying tasks, expectations, and timelines to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring a unified understanding of project objectives and responsibilities.
  • Proven experience in creating detailed implementation plans outlining tasks, resources, and deadlines, as well as proactively tracking project progress to identify and address delays or bottlenecks.
  • Proficiency in overseeing intricate, extended implementations and projects, with a keen focus on detail. Proven ability to orchestrate and manage tasks associated with establishing new lockboxes and integrating with financial institutions and fintechs.
  • Experience managing the implementation of complex software solutions, ideally API enabled and in financial services and payments.
  • Understanding of financial products such as ATMs, Remote Deposit Capture is preferred.
  • Leadership talent in cross-functional teams without direct authority: Demonstrated success in coordinating and managing resources from various departments and organizations to achieve project goals while effectively navigating situations where direct authority may not be present.
  • Proficient in identifying and addressing potential challenges during projects, proactively escalating issues when necessary, and guiding internal and external resources to find appropriate solutions.
  • Ability to research, troubleshoot and solve issues and challenges as they arise.
  • Proven track record of delivering performance against goals consistently and predictably.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM.

The base salary range for this role's listed level is currently $70,000 and $100,000. Grade level and salary ranges are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, equity with other team members and alignment with market data.
