We're Hiring: Project Manager – Network Infrastructure About the Role Walker is seeking an experiencedNetwork Project Managerto provide overall direction on one or more network infrastructure projects. This is a leadership role focused on delivering operational excellence while building long-term client relationships and driving new business in your area of expertise. What You’ll Do As a Project Manager, you'll partner with project superintendents and regional leadership to lead successful builds and manage client expectations from kickoff to closeout. Responsibilities include: · Leading project teams to achieve performance goals · Overseeing scope, schedule, budget, staffing, and compliance · Managing contract administration, billings, and profitability · Coordinating with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors · Pursuing and processing change orders and added work opportunities · Representing Walker at client meetings and job progress check-ins What We’re Looking For ✅ 5+ years of project management experience in network/structured cabling ✅ Experience managing projects ranging from$1M to $5M ✅ RCDD certification (in good standing with BICSI) — or the ability to sit for the exam within 6 months ✅ Strong background indata centers, with additional experience inhospital or commercial projectsbeing a plus ✅ Experience with security and AV systems is a bonus ✅ Skilled in cost control, procurement, scheduling, and documentation ✅ OSHA-30 certified (or willing to obtain within 6 months) ✅ Tech-savvy with strong MS Office skills and the drive to master new platforms What You Bring to the Table You’re a strategic leader and proactive communicator with a sharp eye for risk mitigation and profitability.
