Job Description

This is a 6 month fixed term contract opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large and sophisticated product development projects that include our portfolio of enzymes, nucleic acids, next-generation sequencing, oligonucleotides and, our instruments line.

In this role, you will direct a diverse range of projects, each with unique challenges and opportunities, Your projects will span across multiple functional areas, including divisions, business functions, and sites. You will provide leadership, mentorship and direction to an international project team!

You will be part of a group that thinks outside the box to identify and promote areas of improvement; in practices & approaches within R&D and the wider organisation. Generate budgets for sophisticated projects; challenge assumptions for time, costs and risk in order to optimise project delivery. Ensuring compliance with key industry standards and relevant accreditations. Prepare for, and support internal and external quality and financial audits and act as a guardian of quality

Qualifications

To succeed with us, we seek a seasoned project manager with robust expertise in Molecular Biology and a proven understanding of Quality Management Systems. Your ability to ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory requirements will be essential.
