What Are We Looking For:

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA Manager to lead our Quality Assurance team and drive the transition from manual testing to automation. This role requires a mix of technical and leadership expertise, with hands-on experience in both manual and automation testing, ensuring the highest quality for our software products.

Key Responsibilities

• Manual Testing: Execute comprehensive tests for front-end (UI, gameplay) and back-end systems (data management, server performance).
• Automation Testing: Develop and maintain automation scripts using tools like Selenium, Postman, JMeter, and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Back-end Testing: Perform API testing, load/stress testing, and database validations.
• Bug Management: Track, document, and verify defects; ensure smooth regression testing.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with developers, designers, and product managers to align QA goals with business objectives.
• Team Leadership: Mentor a team, manage sprints, and ensure delivery within timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years in QA, with 3+ years in automation testing and team leadership.
• Proficiency in Selenium, Postman, JMeter, and other automation tools.
• Experience with mobile app testing (iOS/Android) and SQL for database testing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in Agile environments.
