Job Description

  • Hands on and customer facing QA consulting
  • Building and maintaining excellent customer relationships and scaling up new and existing lines of businessĀ 
  • Support our clients in improving their QA and creating test processes with guidance on testing approaches, methodologies, planning and allocation of resourcesĀ 
  • Leading onsite and distributed QA teams including test planning and test management activities
  • Design and deliver trainings on QA topics
  • Continuously improve Nagarro’s testing services, collaterals and accelerators
  • Support Presales activities with QA Know-HowĀ 

Qualifications

  • Hands on and customer consulting experience in end-to-end test management and implementation of quality assurance processes, test planning and test control, KPIs and risk management processesĀ 
  • Experience in preparing QA testing proposals and customer facing presentations covering Test Automation and Testing ServicesĀ 
  • Experience and Knowledge of QA resource and team management in onsite and distributed teams
  • Experience in test management and test case management tool strategy, evaluation, implementation, configuration, and reporting
  • Experience and Knowledge of test coordination and planning of integration, system and acceptance tests
  • Experience in defect management processes, defect triage and RCA
  • Knowledge of test automation frameworks and a wide area of testing tools.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, inspiring personality and should be a very good team player
  • High degree of flexibility, adaptability, self-reliance and willingness to engage with new things and learn
  • Desired Experience:
  • 12+ years in QA and test automation
  • Business fluent in German and English
