We are seeking an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our team in Ankara, Turkey.

What you'll do:

The Senior Quality Engineer will be manage Supplier quality control activities and Will be responsible of 2 foremen and 5 operators.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing Incoming Quality Goods Control activities
• Suppliers related customer and/or process issues follow up and evacuation to find root causes and implement proper corrective action at suppliers
• Suppliers performance tracking, reporting and continues improvement activities
• Suppliers Audits and Quality Performance evaluations
• Suppliers Quality Portal and standard methods implementation aligned with Eaton standards
• Managing APQP,PPAP, MSA, SPC processes aligned with ISO9001 and Eaton Quality Management System

Qualifications:

• BS or MS degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering or equivalent programs
• At least 3 years experience in similar positions

Skills:

• Technical knowledge of Supplier management and ISO9001
• Strong organizational, communication and time management skills
• Planning and organization, problem solving, communication, ability of persuasion, working for details, analytical thinking, being able to work as a team, management skills, production management
• Ability to work within an international, culturally diverse and matrix based organization.
• Advanced level knowledge of office programs
• Advanced English level
