Senior Quality & Manual Test Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end testing lifecycle for upstream/downstream applications with ability to understand the requirements, perform gap analysis and requirement mapping in Agile set-up
• Engage proactively with QA Capability Lead regarding project statuses, resourcing, risks and other test management
• Report to QA Capability Lead on a weekly basis by way of structured reports and informal meetings outlining achievements/issues
• Manage relationships with development and business stakeholders
• Understand and respond appropriately to internal and external client needs

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as Quality Assurance Engineer
• Working knowledge of CI/CD pipeline implementation using GitLab with Cloud infrastructure (preferably MS Azure)
• Experience on banking field
• Agile certifications to showcase understanding of different ceremonies and methodologies
• Expertise in stakeholder management and meeting relevant Quality SLAs & KPIs
• Proficient communication skills in English are a must, while knowledge of the German language is a significant advantage

Nice to have

• Java/Selenium or TOSCA scripting experience
• Experience working with QACube software
