Your Role and Responsibilities
This role is for a senior RACF Security engineer to join Mainframe Security team responsible for mainframe security tooling and project execution. The ideal candidate should have advanced knowledge of RACF related products and Mainframe infrastructure.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Strong experience in Mainframe Security – RACF.
• Exploiting the Advanced Features of RACF
• Should be well versed with Mainframe RACF Database maintenance and Administration.
• Proven experience supporting data security and/or application security projects as a Business Systems or Requirements Analyst.
• Administration of authorization management solutions on the Mainframe
• Managing Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)
• Maintenance of RACF environments
• Managing SSL certificates in security databases
• Proficient with tools like VANGUARD z/Secure XPEDITOR ENDEVOR FILE AID SPUFI VSAM DB2
• Work with various technology and security teams (such as application development other security product owners systems programming DBA CICS/MQ business users and auditors) on their requirements to design and implementation solutions.
• Create security monitoring automation and reporting as needed utilizing various tools (z/Secure Compliance manager Admin Express Multi Factor Authentication (zMFA) Key Management)
• Familiar with key performance indicators and establish processes and methodologies for preventative actions.
• Participate address questions/issues related to mainframe security best practice.
• Hands-on experience in transformation projects like migration from ISV products to IBM Products (ex: ACF to RACF)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Proficient with z/OS and JCL
• Z/OS RACF Administration
• Advanced Z/OS Security for CICS/ESA and CICS/TS
• CA Top Secret and ACF2
• Advanced z/OS Security: Crypto Network RACF and Your Enterprise
• Implementing RACF Security for CICS/ESA and CICS/TS.

Candidate must have Good analytical skills and must possess good oral and written communication skills.
