Kraken is looking for an experienced recruiter across a multitude of geographies to support non-technical areas of our global business. We value speed accuracy and a high bar and in turn you would join a team of high performing best in class individuals.

You will partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to build winning strategies that deliver outstanding talent against ruthless competition in a fully remote high-paced and asynchronous environment. The opportunity

• Design and execute merit-first and scalable recruitment processes across one of the most critical and competitive function at Kraken

• Partner with Hiring Managers and different teams to drive end-to-end campaigns supporting their decision making with sound data and market insights

• Act as a force of change - navigate complex environments force uncomfortable conversations act relentlessly in the interest of Kraken

• Operate as a problem solver and force multiplier by removing blockers and delivering high-value hires

• Contribute to cross-functional projects that elevate our global recruiting infrastructure and help define what “great” looks like.

Skills you should HODL

• Recruitment experience from a reputable fast-growing technology/product business against ruthless competition

• High motor - you bring relentless energy and consistent effort to everything you do. You don’t coast you’re always in motion and making things happen.

• Scrappyness - you do not see problems but opportunities

• Sound appreciation for the fundamentals of talent acquisition but creative and inquisitive when considering modern tactics

• High agency strong bias for action and the confidence to push boundaries influence stakeholders and close exceptional talent without compromise.

• Comfort in the chaos thriving in ambiguity owning your outcomes and moving with urgency in a fully async remote-native setting

• Interest for financial technologies and cryptocurrency
