About The Role:
Dotdash Meredith is looking for a dynamic and thoughtful Senior Sales Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. This position will oversee the full recruitment life cycle for our revenue teams and provide strategic hiring support to revenue leaders. You will focus on growing our most valuable resource, our people. About The Role's Contributions:
Accountabilities, Actions and Expected Measurable Results
40% - Manage full-cycle recruitment process; from initial requisition creation through the offer process.
20% - Build and maintain trusted strategic relationships with hiring managers, CROs, sales operations leaders and HR Business Partners to understand their goals/strategies/initiatives that relate to hiring.
20% - Develop creative sourcing strategies to establish diverse candidates slates of sales and revenue talent through research, social media, cold calls, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns to accomplish hiring goals.
10% - Partner with leadership and HR Business Partner to deeply understand business strategy and talent needs for the teams you support.
10% - Recommend and drive improvements to enhance and scale our overall recruiting practice, contribute to team projects such as weekly reporting metrics and job description updates.
The Role's Minimum Qualifications and Job Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business or related field and/or equivalent experience.
Experience: 5-8 years of full life cycle recruiting experience; 1-2 years of sales recruiting experience (media or advertising industry experience is a plus)
Specific Knowledge, Skills, Certifications and Abilities:
  • Hands-on experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
  • Critical thinking skills to problem-solve and multi-task to manage a high volume of requisitions and candidates
  • Industry knowledge with ability to understand relevant skills, target companies, conferences, etc
  • High level of analytical and organizational skills, with an attention to detail and excellent follow through
  • Proven talent advisor skills and ability to consult and be seen as a credible advocate for candidates as well as trusted advisor for the business
  • Ability to develop, structure, and execute hiring strategies
  • Ability to manage multiple systems (ATS, CRM, etc.) and adhere to compliance and procedural requirements without errors and rework
  • Experience using recruiting metrics to identify problems, provide insights, and drive decisions
  • Proficient with an ATS (preferably Workday)
  • Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.)

% Travel Required (Approximate) : 5%

Pay Range
Salary: $90000 - $110000
The pay range above represents the anticipated low and high end of the pay range for this position and may change in the future. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Dotdash Meredith's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
