Senior Relationship Manager

IntelliBridge has an immediate opening for a Senior Relationship Manager to support a federal client's private sector engagement program, which helps foster relationships between the federal government and key decision-makers in the private sector. The Senior Relationship Manager is expected to advise the federal client on strategic engagement and outreach initiatives, leverage area expertise to help identify risks facing U.S. companies, and develop innovative approaches to mitigate security threats.

Responsibilities/Duties:

Contractor responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for specific group of internal and external partners
• Provide service to a defined set of partners, to include:
  1. Building knowledge of government and private sector processes
  2. Appropriately directing partner questions or concerns to proper POCs
  3. Identifying and anticipating potential connections or impacts to assigned partner group and working with management to message and/or address issues that arise
• Partner with other units to draft executive and high-profile materials, communications, products, etc.
• Gather and analyze partner feedback and input using electronic/telephonic surveys
• Analyze and craft recommendations around new processes/policies/tools based on feedback
• Develop and implement business processes to include but not be limited to membership, vetting, field partner identification, communication flows, and private sector campaign proposals
• Attend and support executive and high-profile in-person events and webinars
• Brief senior leaders and executives on program status

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Ten (10) or more years of relevant experience
• Experience working at the highest levels of government organizations or private sector corporations (Capitol Hill, Pentagon, DHS, etc.)
• Experience providing expertise and customer service to customers and stakeholders
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with emphasis on communicating detailed analysis, recommendation to customers, and executive-level briefings
• Demonstration of political savvy, ability to navigate difficult conversations, and clear understanding of information boundaries
• Experience working independently and in collaborative environments
• Working proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in relevant field
• Prior experience working with federal agencies
• Experience with PowerBI or other data visualization tools
• Experience with project planning, coordination, and execution
• Strong leadership, facilitator, and team building experience

Location: Washington, DC

Travel: Limited CONUS travel is possible
