Join Our Middle East Creative Team as a Qualitative Senior Executive!

About the Role: We are seeking an energetic and talented Qualitative Senior Executive to join our dynamic and fast-growing Middle East Creative Team. This team is at the forefront of Creative and Communication studies, specializing in developing and perfecting impactful advertising.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct Qualitative Studies to aid clients in crafting powerful advertising narratives.
• Get quantitative exposure by working closely with quantitative teams executing our Link Solutions, ensuring seamless integration from qualitative to quantitative aspects of creative research programs.
• Engage in communication strategy studies, particularly within the automotive sector—a category for those with a passion.

What We're Looking For:

• 2-3 years of qualitative research experience, with proficiency in recruitment screeners, discussion guide flow, and insight identification.
• Strong report writing skills, with the ability to articulate insights clearly and concisely in perfect English.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• A curious and passionate individual with a creative mindset, eager to contribute to the fastest growing team in the region.
• A results-oriented personality, ready to innovate and develop new methodologies.
• Automotive literacy is highly desirable.

Location: The role is based out of our Cairo office, but you will be part of a team that spans across the Middle East.
