Your Mission: 

The ideal candidate will be local to our New York City office within a reasonable commute 2-3 days a week and able to successfully work within a hybrid on-site and remote environment. We are looking for a dynamic candidate that is adaptable and is able to pivot quickly in a fast paced ever-changing startup environment.

We are looking for a meticulous Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer to build a robust automation suite for all SiteRx Software products. The Senior Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Engineer will develop automation and testing tasks as well as ensure testability, robustness, and performance of production software. About You and The Role: 

• Architecting and developing automated solutions from business requirements
• Responsible for defining technical requirements, architecting, designing, developing and deploying Robotic Process Automation solutions using UiPath in support of organizational tasks and workflows
• Setting up, developing, testing, and monitoring automated workflows to ensure that business processes function at optimum efficiency without the risk of error
• Monitoring and maintaining automation post-implementation and resolving any potential issues to ensure smooth business operations
• Support an existing suite of RPA solutions through change management
• Measure effectiveness of the RPA solutions and refine processes going forward
• Ensuring quality automation using Quality Assurance (QA) processes and preventing any potential bugs
• Debugging and troubleshooting your code and providing peer code reviews
• Conducting RPA/Bot testing including developing test plans, test automation, etc
• Work extensively with both technical and non-technical team members
• Lead a small team of RPA engineers, provide technical leadership and drive outcomes

Your Skills: 

• 7+ years of relevant experience working as an RPA/Automation Engineer
• Hands-on experience on RPA tools and cognitive platforms such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, Selenium, etc. UiPath experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of UiPath Robotic Enterprise Framework implementation
• Expertise with UiPath Studio, integration Service, Orchestrator & Insights preferred
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize the most critical tasks and projects
• Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Thrive in a results-oriented, independent environment with minimal supervision
