About the role
Uber Eats is seeking strategic sales leaders to expand our restaurant selection. We are looking for a candidate who is able to self-prospect, build strong relationships, negotiate and execute win-win deals.
This role sits within the London Territories team and is responsible for signing the hardest-to-win local favourite brands in the region. These restaurants will typically have between 1-10 store locations, and are likely to drive outsized customer preference to Uber Eats due to the strength of their brand and offering. We're looking for someone who is able to use their expertise to win these accounts and grow the London business. This person will work very closely with the Commercial Leads and Account Managers to define the strategy of the zone and the list of accounts to target.

What You'll Do:
- Build Partnerships with Leading Brands: Leverage your prospecting and relationship management skills to navigate complex organizations and form partnerships with some of the UK's top restaurant chains.
- Own the Sales Process: Manage your sales pipeline with precision using Salesforce CRM and internal tools, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Achieve Results: Develop and execute detailed account and territory plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Negotiate Strategic Deals: Lead contract negotiations to create strong, long-lasting relationships that benefit both partners and Uber Eats.
- Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal teams to design smooth onboarding plans and help restaurant partners launch seamlessly.
- Track and Share Progress: Participate in team reviews, sharing business updates and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Be a Trusted Representative: Represent the Uber Eats brand, mission, and product with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Gather Market Insights: Analyze and communicate market feedback to ensure Uber Eats' offerings align with partner needs.
What You'll Bring:
- B2B Sales Experience: 3+ years in a business-to-business sales role, with a proven ability to drive deals to closure.
- Track Record of Success: Demonstrated ability to hit targets, negotiate contracts, and build strong relationships.
- Strategic Thinking: An understanding of how to blend business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts to manage complex deals effectively.
- Collaboration Skills: A talent for working with diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- Exceptional Organization: Strong communication and organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the technology or restaurant industry is a bonus but not required.
