Senior Sales Operations Manager - UKI

About the Role:
As the Senior Sales Operations Manager - UKI, you will play a critical role in supporting the UKI sales team by driving operational excellence, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and enabling sales productivity. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, you’ll bring data-driven insights, streamline processes, and contribute to our global goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the UKI Sales VP to plan and execute localized sales strategies aligned with global frameworks.
  • Optimize go-to-market coverage, territory design, quota setting, and sales capacity planning.
  • Drive adoption of sales tools and CRM systems to enhance pipeline visibility and seller productivity.
  • Implement consistent sales processes, dashboards, and KPIs for performance tracking.
  • Lead operating cadence for forecasting, account reviews, and quarterly business reviews (QBRs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Marketing) to align on resources and planning.

What You’ll Bring:

  • ~10 years of experience in sales operations, finance, or similar roles, preferably in SaaS or Cloud industries.
  • Strong analytical skills, adept at using CRM and reporting tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience with sales strategy, quota setting, territory management, and process optimization.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • MBA or equivalent degree preferred; a quantitative or analytics background is a plus.
