The Opportunity: Our team is looking to hire a Senior Salesforce Administrator, a critical step in taking business operations to the next level at Syncro. This is a broad role which spans across our key integrations within our customer go-to-market system portfolio. You will bring Syncro your expertise in critical Salesforce products, including Service Cloud, and continue to gain significant experience with these key  Salesforce products.

This role will be responsible for managing Salesforce and all integrations for applications integrating to Salesforce. This individual must  have a strong understanding of GTM operations, as well as, NPI or product development processes. Expertise with project management, data management, and administering training is critical to this role’s success.  You will be working 100% remotely.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading and managing high-impact Salesforce projects using your knowledge of Salesforce automation including Flows, Process Builder, Workflow, Dynamic Forms, and Lightning Record Page.  
  • Architect complex, scalable, and actionable ERDs & Data models.  
  • Making sure the organization is getting the most scalability & utilization out of our systems in a streamlined workflow. 
  • Work with large data volumes, bidirectional integrations, and implementations. 
  • Salesforce CRM Management: Serve as the primary system administrator for the Salesforce CRM environment handling all administrative functions including user account maintenance, license management, reports and dashboards, workflows, sandbox environment, and other routine tasks,
  • Data Management: Oversee data quality and integrity within Salesforce, including data entry (adds/updates/changes), data imports, deduplication, implementing rules, and data cleansing activities.
  • Integration Management: Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal system performance.
  • Reports and Dashboards: Working closely with stakeholders, to create and maintain organizational-wide reports and dashboards that provide insights into business performance and support data-driven decision-making.
  • System Upgrades and Maintenance: Stay current with Salesforce releases and features, evaluate their applicability to the organization, and lead the implementation of system upgrades.
  • Security and Access Management: Implement and maintain security best practices, including user roles, profiles, and permission sets, to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Create and maintain documentation for all Salesforce processes, workflows, dataflows, etc.
  • Keep up-to-date on new Salesforce and 3rd party application products, features, and functionality to recommend and apply improvements to internal business challenges and ensure the organization leverages the latest features and best practices. 
  • Document and maintain processes, policies, application configuration, and help related materials for users.

Must have skills:

  • Required certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator 
  • Required experience: 5+ as the primary administrator of Salesforce.com with expert knowledge of sales cloud and service cloud. 
  • Preferred certifications: Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator, Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I/II.  
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce and related business processes.
  • Strong knowledge of Experience Builder and Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (Pardot).
