Senior Salesforce Administrator

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our team. As a Senior Salesforce Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing and maintaining our Salesforce ecosystem for TA, Single Platform and Vacation Rentals business organisations.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional business stakeholders to ensure that Salesforce is effectively used to support business processes, enhance operational efficiency, and provide valuable insights through data analytics
• Be responsible for managing all aspects of Salesforce configuration, customization, and implementation of new features and functionality
• Evaluate and install new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training material and support
• Proactively identify and address system issues and bugs to maximize platform efficiency
• Apply declarative solutions like Approval processes, record types, custom settings, custom metadata, page layouts, custom object and field configuration Dashboards and Reports
• Provide technical support for production issues and escalated user issues
• Create and maintain user roles, profiles, security settings
• Deploy changes using CI/CD tools
• Evaluate, install, configure and integrate third party applications with Salesforce

Requirements

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration hands on experience
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning Platform, Sales Cloud , Service Cloud and Salesforce automation tools such as Flows
• Certified Salesforce Administrator
• Excellent problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills

Nice to have

• Experience in Einstein and AI bots
• Comprehensive knowledge of Apex, Force.com, SOQL, Trigger and Visualforce
