Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

We are looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to enhance our media process execution through Cloud technology.
The successful candidate will possess a deep understanding of the media industry and have a knack for delivering solutions that focus on improving customer experiences. Their main responsibility will be to conduct business analysis, author comprehensive user stories, and handle project needs from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage a prioritized backlog of EPICs in alignment with long-term organizational goals
• Document major features and functionalities with stakeholders as EPICs
• Update the backlog based on new priorities or feedback from implementations
• Explore various user types (personas) engaging with the platform
• Assess specific needs, behaviors, and expectations of each persona in relation to platform features
• Lead workshops to confirm and enhance persona definitions and alignments
• Partner with architects and developers to design Business Process Architectures on two levels
• Maintain and ensure that business processes are aptly documented and set up for maximal efficiency and user satisfaction
• Offer consulting support for Business Process architecture setups using industry best practices
• Breakdown EPICs into detailed user stories outlining needed features and functions
• Establish clear acceptance criteria for each user story to facilitate testing and validation
• Organize agile ceremonies that concentrate on refining and modifying user stories based on received feedback

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce
• Proficiency in documenting requirements and crafting user stories
• Strong presentation skills
• Salesforce Admin certification
• Understanding of media process execution
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher
