In this role you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers) where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
As a Software Developer you'll participate in many aspects of the software development lifecycle such as design code implementation testing and support. You will create software that enables your clients' hybrid-cloud and AI journeys.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Expertise in Salesforce CRM Applications: Assist clients in the design business architect process development functional implementation and support of Salesforce CRM Applications.
- Collaborative Solution Architecture and Requirement Detailing: Collaborate with business consultants project team and client resources in defining detailing and scoping the technical requirements into solution architecture.
- Proficient Development and Integration: Contribute to the design and development of Apex triggers Lightning Component Framework apps visual force/lightning pages and API based integrations.
- Continuous Learning and Growth: You'll have access to technical and management training courses to grow your expertise within Salesforce and other areas of interest.
Proven experience in designing developing and optimizing Salesforce applications with a strong focus on Service Cloud and Field Service Cloud including processes such as case management work order management scheduling and mobile workforce enablement.
Expertise in configuring and administering Salesforce developing in Apex Visualforce and LWC as well as integrating with enterprise applications.
Advanced proficiency with development tools such as Visual Studio GitHub SFDX and Eclipse/Force.com IDE with a solid understanding of CRM principles.
Ability to lead teams mentor junior developers conduct code reviews produce technical documentation and ensure compliance with data security privacy and regulatory standards within the energy sector.
English proficiency at C1 level and strong capability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions aligned with the needs of the energy industry.
- DevOps (Git GitHub resolve Merge conflicts).
- Background in the energy utilities or infrastructure sectors.
- Familiarity with asset lifecycle management outage management or mobile field operations.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Proficient in using Data Loader Tool.
