Your role and responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple SAP programs and projects from conception through to completion. This includes coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Develop comprehensive project plans timelines and budgets and ensure adherence to these throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage project risks issues and changes effectively utilizing risk management tools and techniques.
Facilitate regular project status meetings with stakeholders providing updates on project progress challenges and solutions.
Ensure quality control by overseeing testing phases managing defects and ensuring all project deliverables meet the required standards.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders including senior management IT departments and external vendors.
Collaborate with SAP consultants and business process owners to define and implement SAP solutions that meet business needs.
Monitor project performance measuring success against defined metrics and KPIs.
Mentor and guide less experienced project managers and team members.
Continuously improve project management methodologies and processes within the organization.

Required technical and professional expertise
An advanced degree in Project Management or a related discipline would be an asset.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management with at least 5 years in an SAP environment.
Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP implementations or transformations.
Strong understanding of SAP solution modules particularly PP APO IBP.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project Jira or similar.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
