Senior Scientific Expert, Quality Control Operations Support

We are currently looking for a Senior Scientific Expert Quality Control Operations Support for our CSL Behring site in Bern. In this position you will be supporting the QC activities and projects within Quality Control Bern and will be directly reporting to the Head of QC Operations Support.

Key Tasks:

• Coordination and technical ownership of QC deviations and CAPAs
• Leading activities within the QC Quality Network (QCQN)
• Completion of QC change controls in the role as coordinator
• Generation and editing of SOPs in the role as author.
• Support in all administrative tasks for QC OpS Senior Manager and departments as per clients assignments
• Coordination and/or support in global projects and cross site activities upon request
• Collaboration in resolution of technical questions or problems, i.e. participation in local and/or global working groups, projects, initiatives and task forces
• Establish and maintain contacts with global partners respectively Sites
• Respect the CSL Guidelines regarding health, safety and environment
• Personal further development (courses, literature study etc.)

Your Profile:

• Advanced language skills in German and English
• Minimum: Bachelor or Technical High School in natural sciences, pharmacy, chemical engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology or related industry with significant exposure to GMP environment.
• Project management Qualification an advantage
• Experience in the field of Deviation Management is an advantage
