Introduction
In this role you’ll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology. Our Scrum Masters excel by leading and coordinating a project team’s overall performance scope cost and deliverables. Our clients rely on timely and efficient status reports and as Scrum Master you will drive the charge with project direction metric definition and performance management. Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Scrum Master you will play a crucial role in driving the adoption of agile methodologies and facilitating the delivery of high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. You will be part of a cross-functional team to enable efficient and effective project execution while fostering a culture of collaboration continuous improvement and accountability. Your responsibilities will be to:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning Daily Stand-ups Sprint Reviews and Retrospectives ensuring they are conducted effectively and efficiently

• Coach and mentor development teams on Scrum principles agile methodologies and best practices fostering a culture of continuous improvement and self-organization

• Identify and remove obstacles or impediments that hinder the progress of the development team collaborating with stakeholders to find timely solutions

• Protect the team from external distractions and pressures enabling them to focus on delivering value during each sprint

• Foster collaboration and communication within the team and with stakeholders ensuring transparency and alignment on project goals and priorities

• Maintain and update Scrum artifacts including the product backlog sprint backlog and burndown charts to provide visibility into the team’s progress and priorities

• Serve as a servant leader putting the needs of the team first and empowering team members to take ownership of their work and decisions

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives facilitating regular retrospectives to reflect on the team’s performance and identify opportunities for enhancement

• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and stakeholders to share best practices align processes and drive organizational change towards agile principle

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Demonstrated at least a 4-year track record as a Scrum Master

• Possess Agile certifications: PSM I; PSM II or III certification advantageous

• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities

• Proficient in Scaled Agile methodologies

• Skilled in coaching individuals and teams to optimize Agile methodologies

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Fluent Dutch (C1)

• Proficient in navigating complex IT environments and Transaction Monitoring

• Familiarity with financial procedures risk management and banking is advantageous
