    Job Description

    Enterprise Modeling and Analytics is looking for a system developer engineering tester senior associate to join Multi Family Credit Works application team. As a valued colleague on our team, you will develop and design moderately complex application automation testing methodologies, perform the automation testing, prepare reports, and document testing on some of the most critical analytics software to be used by various multi-family business users. You will be responsible to interface software developers and business users of application to analyze and test business requirements. You will identify and document detailed test cases and acceptance criteria(s). You will develop automation testing framework through various tools. You will assure complete quality testing performance and evidence gathering for the development and business teams.

    THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKE

    The Senior SDET Associate role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

    • Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts for functional and regression testing.
    • Identify opportunities to improve testing processes and tools.
    • Work with QA teams to ensure consistent and reliable testing practices.
    • Ensure proper documentation of test cases, plans, and execution reports.
    • Conduct root cause analysis of defects and work with development teams for resolutions.
    • Integrate automated testing with CI/CD pipelines.

    Qualifications

    THE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAM

    Minimum Required Experiences

    • 2 years of related experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Finance, technical field, or equivalent work experience.

    Desired Required Experiences

    • 5+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
    • Proficiency with automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, or similar.
    • Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Git.
    • Working knowledge of version control tools like Git and test management tools like JIRA.
    • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
    • Knowledge of performance and security testing is an added advantage.
