Senior Segment Marketing Manager

Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.

What you will do:

• Translates annual strategic plan into marketing initiatives.
• Utilize customer and market insights to design strategic campaigns and messaging around segment customer needs and challenges.
• Implement segment omnichannel campaigns to drive awareness, education, and demand generation.
• Coordinate with teams to develop segment-specific collateral that resonates with target segments.
• Present, plan and maintain marketing KPI targets for funnel and segment visibility.

Who you are:

• BS or equivalent degree in marketing, business or life sciences or related field.
• Five years of experience in marketing roles for bioprocess-related or life science applications
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into customer focused marketing messages and content that builds storylines which resonate with the needs of scientists and leaders.
• Experience managing projects from inception to completion, achieving milestones through leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Driven to achieve short and long-term business goals and targets.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Demonstrated experience in networking and building professional relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced matrix environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in written and verbal formats.

The salary range for this role is $106,400 - $186,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
